Private beta data control

Delete your beta data

The beta creates a random device profile rather than an email account. Open Profile and choose Delete my beta data to remove the active profile, check-ins, completed practices, and journal entries associated with that device token.

When the device token is unavailable

If the app cannot access the original device token, contact support@conectorvps.shop. Because the beta intentionally collects little identifying information, support may not be able to identify an anonymous profile without information from the original device.

Backups

Private recovery backups can retain a deleted record for a limited backup cycle before expiration. Deleted data is not restored to the active service unless required for disaster recovery.
